Hello, I purchased Avast Ultimate (multi-device version) on December 1, 2025, but in the subscription section the next payment date appears as October 27, 2026. What do you think the problem is? I can’t reach support by phone because I’m in Turkey, and the chat support option also couldn’t solve my issue.

You are charged before the expiration date to ensure that your subscription continues without interruption.
1, 2, and 3-year subscriptions: Your billing date can be up to 35 days before the start of the next subscription period (for another 1 year).
Next payment date (only appears when the subscription status is Subscribed): The next billing date for your subscription. You may have the option to postpone your payment date.
