I try to install it on a new Huawei P8 then I get this message “The service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.” so i try it on my Sony Z5c same error.
I delete the account but ist still the same problem.
Each time I try an new device will be shown with status offline and there is no chance to remove them.

Hi all,
same problem yesterday - could not lo in to Avast account while installing anti theft. Tried about 10 times over the whole evening. This morning it worked. But now, i have my device 10 times with a red shield showing in the portal. Problem: When i click it the details page is either empty, or the settings button is not clickable. Thus, i cannot delete the devices.
Anyone here knowing what to do?
