I take it that you aren’t trying to visit that site ?
If not, first try clearing your browser cache and cookies in Edge (don’t ask I don’t use Edge) ?
If it continues try running Edge with Add-ons/extensions disabled. If that works, a new or recently update Add-on/extension could be at fault, try disabling it or removing it.
