There seems to be internal errors and maintenance on the http://www.digimonmasters.com/ site itself, as it is not accessible at all.
According to https://dmo.gameking.com/Main/Main.aspx they have had some maintenance and issues since 9th April.
Regarding our VPN IPs, they are all properly geo-located.

It would seem that some geo-location services incorrectly detect the location of our Korean servers.
Our VPN team is working on improving this. There is currently no ETA for the fix.
