OK, now you’ve to wait a bit…

You need to install SP3 and at least all security updates released after it.

You also need to make a choice on what av you want to use.

I seem to be only using Avast from what I can understand

It can be a leftover from a previous install but that can cause conflicts.

Note: As mentioned by Eddy, you need SP3 for the latest builds of Avast.

Run the scanners again and attach fresh log files to your next post.

Why so many toolbars?

You also need to update several drivers (see your attachments: device manager).
Mainly update to SP3 and if you can add some RAM.
