The support is no good, disgusting

The new version of the installation does not work under Windows. The operating system displays a message about unsigned drivers and does not allow Avast to be installed. If you bypass this with magic, then the antivirus does not work quite correctly - some programs are not unloaded from memory when closed
I contacted the support service to solve the problem.
They offered to open the desktop for remote access so that they could install it themselves. Am I an old granny who cannot find the “install” button in the program window?
After some wrangling, I was asked to send screenshots of error messages and a description of the problem to the email address.
The letter was sent on 05/30/25. A repeat letter with a reminder was sent on 06/05/25.
