The worst customer service

I am not one to publicly complain if I’m unhappy with a service but this really has me irritated. Let me make sure everyone understands that I had no problem with the Antivirus software just the customer service that comes with a paid subscription! I tried out the VPN free trial it notified me it was coming to a end and it would automatically take money from registered card unless I cancelled. I felt it wasn’t something I needed so I tried to cancel and it would not allow me to sign in. So I made an attempt to contact a rep with no success. So I filed a ticket that is still open and being processed. Ticket was filed 25 days ago! So I opened a new ticket stating I would like a refund for the VPN since I didn’t want it and couldn’t stop the renewal that ticket has been open for 5 days and is still being processed. Bottom line you can purchase from them but don’t expect any follow up once your money is in their hands!

Unfortunately, creating a “new” ticket will then put you at the ‘Back of the line’ .

Service for the paid and free products is the same.

Ticket #100561 this is the original ticket. Ticket# 138510 is the recent ticket. Sorry it took this long to reply busy day. Thank you for looking out for all of us that have unresolved issues!

I don’t have you’re programs in my computer. Why are you charging for something I do not have? I cannot seem to find a way to actually connect to any person. I cannot find any customer support, or way to contact you in any way, shape or form. You charging and inadiquite protection are atrocious.

Auto renewal doesn’t end when you remove the program. It’s most likely why you were charged.
