There's No Internet Connection

Hello,
i have been struggling for the past 2 days to connect to the Avast SecureLine. Originally it was giving me the “Oops technical error”. The following the directions on the forum I installed the Standalone Beta version, and even though i restarted the PC multiple times, it still gives me the error that it cannot browse the internet (even though if I open the browser can). I tried to fickle with the firewall setting, but to no avail.

Anyone know how to help?

Interestingly in the same period windows passed on the updates attached. Correlation or causation?

If you reinstalled, installed the Beta version and did the every common steps to fix it, and nothing works… i suggest you to contact support: https://support.avast.com/en-ww/contact/
If you do, please, do not open more than ONE support ticket. They can take between 3 or 5 to answer it.
