These people or company are scammers, they do not response to you! They renewed the anti track without my authorization, I need it canceled and get my.refund back!

First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member.

I can only assume that you have set up an auto payment mandate ?
If you don’t cancel that payment will automatically be actioned on the renewal date.
