#AVAP1697601317, #AVAP1697566161, and #AVAP212760507) and I immediately requested a refund on the exact same days the charges were made: June 20th and June 23rd.
The very next day, the system showed a suspicious “Refund Failed” status. I immediately contacted their customer service, and their agents explicitly told me not to worry. They guaranteed that my money would be fully reimbursed within 7 business days.
I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited the requested time. To this date, I still haven’t received a single cent back.
I have ALL the proof to back this up. I have the receipts, screenshots of when I requested the refunds within their required timeframe, and the chat logs and emails where their agents explicitly promised me my money back.
At this point, I am extremely upset and feel completely scammed. If I don’t get my money back immediately, I will be taking legal action and filing a formal complaint for fraud.
Has anyone else experienced this with them? I want my refund NOW. Save yourself the headache and avoid dealing with this company!
