I have just installed Avast and thought that might get rid of it. But no I just recevied another

The whole message is below
Can anyone help me with this - Otherwise I am going to change my email address

depending on what mailclient / webmail you are using…you can sett a block mail from…address…

If you only have one email account, you can use a program like Mailwasher Free to
block spam from ever reaching your computer.

This actually suggests a hacked account, do you use livemail/gmail or any web based one ? If so change your password and they should stop
