Stop considering your users idiots! Don’t apply your rules, especially without any notification, disregarding the impact to your users!
It is the second time an update makes the RDP connection unusable!
I had to make new rules in a new UI under pressure in order to be able to do my regular business, despite it should have work as I have set it too many times already!
Imagine there are times when some could not spend a day to fix your patronizing attitude and times where access to that computer is not possible for obvious reasons!
Don’t apology, I don’t need that, I don’t accept that!
