Bought the full (5.0) version recently…
Didn’t save the licence file (stupid I know…)
Avast stopped working and I just went round in circles trying to reactivate…
in the end I tried reinstalling (which is when I discovered a saved email isn’t the same as a copied file)
Bought the full version AGAIN… computer couldn’t open the new licence file and it mysteriously dissappeared from my outlook express - can’t find it anywhere!
In desperation I’ve had to download the free version again…
All I’ve got is a receipt from paypal stating the payment has been made - IS there any support to get in touch with ‘out there’? I can’t find any way of getting in touch with them for help.
So, if anyone can give me any advice as to how to sort this out then PLEASE respond!

don’t know why you had to buy it again already once in the first place. Just ask them to resend your license…I only find a link to resend the license for the free version, must be another procedure with AIS…probably through submitting a ticket and providing your customer number… http://support.avast.com/index.php?_m=tickets&_a=submit
