I am currently not sure how long I have gotten this, but for a while there is a Trojan called “Trojan:Win32/Sirefef.AN” in my system. Windows defenders detected it for me, and well, I tried to quarantine it, remove it, and clean the system. All three failed (windows defender). Next, I tried Kasperskey. Same three things, and it repeatedly comes back. Some people suggested that I should download Malawarebytes. I tried going to their homepage, but it directs me straight to Google. I tried their link on downloading it free through google search, but it sends me an error 404 message. They also suggested for me to restart my computer on safe mode with networking. The farthest it went to was the “welcome” sign after adding my password, before it shuts down. I am currently not sure on what to do here-on.
Is there any other way I can remove this Trojan? It would be a big help. Thank you in advance!
