This wom W32.Mydoom.I@mm worm was not located

I found this worm and I was forced to remove this manually after avast had not found it in a scan.
I even scanned the worm file itself an it found nothing, so please consider that.
Details:
Worm name:W32.Mydoom.I@mm worm
Worm files: svhost.exe,many 5 digit number file like 93323.exe,34564.exe,…so on.
It even inserts itself in the registry, you can find it using regedit, find -->svhost.exe

Have you sent copies of the files to the virus lab ?
