"Threast has been detected"

Avast keeps telling me that a threat has been detected. I receive this notification about every 15 minutes for a malicious URL. The process says it’s explorer.exe. This is all well and good, but I don’t normally use IE for web-browsing. Is there anything I can do about this malicious URL that it keeps telling me about? Rantigalt-industreillio.net is what keeps coming up and I have no clue what to do about it. Any help would be appreciated.

  1. Run a boot time scan with avast.
  2. Run free Mbam. (update it before) http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php
  3. Post your results.
