Threat Blocked! Every 5 minutes the same message comes up

This message comes up every 5 minutes and there is no options given to fix it.
It says:
Threat Blocked
We’ve safely aborted connection on Osntp7drr.com because it was infected with URL:Blacklist.
What can I do?
