Hi,
Whenever I open my Chrome Browser, I get constant “Treat Detected” messages from my Avast AV program.
I’ve run both a boot time scan and a MWAB scan in SAFE MODE and get no results I’ve attached MWAB , FRST, and aswMBR scans to this post as advised.
Please can you advise what I need to do to remove the threat from my system.
Thanks in advance for your help.

I've run both a boot time scan and a MWAB scan in SAFE MODE
Malwarebytes is not designed to be run in safe mode, it will run but be crippled as all drivers are not loaded

Ah OK, well I also ran it in normal mode first, and thought running it in safe mode may help - without success !
You must uninstall Chrome prior to running this fix. You may reinstall on completion
CAUTION : This fix is only valid for this specific machine, using it on another may break your computer
Save the attached fixlist.txt , in the same location as FRST.exe
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/73555776/FRSTfix.JPG
Run FRST and press Fix
On completion a log will be generated please post that
THEN
Please download AdwCleaner by Xplode onto your desktop.
[*]Close all open programs and internet browsers.
[*]Double click on AdwCleaner.exe to run the tool.
[*]Click on Scan .
[*]After the scan is complete click on “Clean”
[*]Confirm each time with Ok .
[*]Your computer will be rebooted automatically. A text file will open after the restart.
[*]Please post the content of that logfile with your next answer.
[*]You can find the logfile at C:\AdwCleaner[S1].txt as well.

Hi Essexboy, really appreciate your help.
I’ve run the fixlist.txt file and have attached the log here.
I’m now going to run the AdwCleaner and will post that log too in a moment.
Cheers
