Threat detected - now what?

Hi All
Wondered if anyone can help. I’m running Avast internet security version 8.0.1497 on my windows 7 PC.
Since last night I keep getting a red warning pop-up stating threat has been detected.
I’ve looked in the chest and it is empty but I keep getting the pop-up every 0-15 minutes.
Any ideas what I do now??
This is the first time I’ve had this type of threat.

Please attach your logs. (AdwCleaner, MBAM, OTL and aswMBR…!!)

Hi there this is the latest ZA variant and we will need to use a slightly different programme to kill it

Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop.

Note: You need to run the version compatible with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them. Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.

[*]Right click to run as administrator (XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File). When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
[*]Press Scan button.
[*]It will produce a log called FRST.txt in the same directory the tool is run from.
[*]Please attach the log back here.
[*]The first time the tool is run it generates another log (Addition.txt - also located in the same directory as FRST.exe/FRST64.exe). Please also paste that along with the FRST.txt into your reply.

I’ve just completed a MBAM scan and disinfection as suggested.
Attached is the log - can’t believe there was so much of the stuff!!

MBAM will not kill this one, I will need the Farbar scan
