Threat had been detected: reduled.info, reddie.net etc etc

Hello again

I posted yesterday with my logs attached and got a clean bill of health with the advice that I clean the %temp% files and contact avast virus lab, both of which I have done. I used my laptop for over an hour this morning with no problems but have just started it again and received the same old threat warnings after about 20 minutes. I only seem to get the warnings when I start my laptop (it’s ok after a restart) and then I get about 5 warnings simultaneously and after that nothing more.

I’ve rescanned my laptop and am attaching the new logs. There’s probably nothing there but could somebody just have another look please?

Thanks very much.

Hi Anne12

Can you please post (a) screenshot(s) from the warning(s) ?

Greetz, Red.

They are too quick for me to catch - Avast pop-ups, about 5 or 6 simultaneously. Sometimes I just hear it if I’m not in front of my laptop. They are the standard Avast warning…pop up in the bottom left corner and that horrible American voice saying ‘Threat has been detected.’ Can I retrieve them from somewhere?

Could you let me know if this stops it
