Threat has been detected but scans show no threat found

Please can someone help, I keep getting notifications from Avast saying “threat has been detected” from URL:Mal and process C:\Windows\System32\svchost32.exe. I have performed multiple system scans but they keep telling me no infections have been found. Nothing seems to be affecting my laptops performance (none that I am aware of anyway) its just that I keep getting these annoying notifications.

Is there a fix for this or it is a known bug? If not can I delete the process from the C:Drive or is this not advised?
