Hello,
I just ran a scan on my computer and AVAST detected a virus. It is labeled threat:Win32:Crypt-RQA[Trj] and when I tried to repair it, move it to the virus chest, and delete it each time I received an error that said error: access is denied (5). One time previously it said that the file could not be found. How can I fix this issue?

i assume you mean these logs
Hi you currently have both Norton and Avast installed, one must go…
The infection is in your system restore so you need to purge the old restore points to remove it
Download and run Delfix

what do you mean? Can you see if the infections are gone?
The infection was in a system restore point, delfix purged them, so if you could run a scan to ensure that it has gone

I ran the scan and it said that no threat was found. I also ran the Malwarebytes program again and it said no malware was detected.
Grand, you are good to go
