What is the ETA on getting follow up on a ticket? It’s been five days since the last response from the team on my ticket, and I’m starting to get frustrated, since it’s preventing my use of the product. The ticket number is 678043.

Depending on how busy it is, if there are holidays and such, tickets are handled with 1-5 business days.
Well, 7 days are a bit more than 5, so I thought I’d bump this thread again. #678043, still has not been updated since it requested information and I sent it.
What exactly is the problem, perhaps it is something that can be resolved in the forums ?
On 30 December 2015, I paid for Avast SecureLine VPN - 1 PC, 2 Years.
It says my license has expired. Obviously, that’s complete bullshit, because 2 years plus 30 December 2015 is 30 December 2017, which is not for another 11 months.

Please, understand that the forum users can’t address these issues. The ticket system works by entrance order. Please, do not open a second ticket, as it will put your issue to the end of the list (FIFO).
Obviously, I won’t open another ticket, but since apparently the only way to get customer service is to post on this forum, I’ll bump this post again. Been four days since the last response from avast on this ticket, please ‘report it’ again or whatever.
