Ticket Support - No Response 18 days

Hi team -

I understand sometimes these tickets get lost in the weeds and others have had success posting theirs for escalation, so I thought I’d give it a shot.

Ticket #828155 was posted eighteen (18) days ago today, and I have yet to even get a response from anyone.

Oh, okay. So, I should not be alarmed it’s been fourteen business days and have not heard back, yet? Is there a way to have it escalated like others in the forum?
