This is a false positive, Version 1.2.8.0 of TightVNC.
Current version 4.7.801.0, VPS version 80128-0 (28/01/2008)

the version 1.2.8.0 is “prehistorical” and can’t be downloaded from developer’s site… can you send the file to virus[at]avast[dot]com in a password protected archive? use the password “infected” or “virus” and fill in “false positive in trojan-gen” as a subject…
