Until when Avast will support version 4.8?

I’ve heard (read) that it will be December 2010.
I’m almost sure it’s not official decided yet.
That’s really quite good news because I seldom go for a first version of anything. By December Avast should have out a 5.1 version and considering the major changes made in 5 (vs 4.8), that amount of time should give the developers enough time to make Avast 5.1 bulletproof.
Meanwhile, I, for one, will continue to use 4.8 and am happy to do so. It is an excellent product and I’m sure Avast 5.1 will be the same, just down the road.
They just have free edition, Pro, IS of version 5…

so i think they have long to support v4.8 …
