My clients are getting TIMEOUTS every 6 minutes!!!
I have had them install the CURRENT version and have had them increase timeout value to 300 frmo 150
This worked for them half a day yesterday… today they are getting the TIMEOUTS every 6 minutes or so!

I have sent an EMAIL to support and am awaiting some sort of word… but thought I would post here to see if ANYONE has any ideas…

What OS? (incl. service packs if appliable as well as verion[s])
What exact version of Avast?
What email client?
What other security software is installed?
When/where exactly do you get the error?
Is there an error in Avast’s log file?
If so, what is the exact error?

Only info I get is that popups appear with no other indications
As for log file… will have to contact client to get that info and will report back as soon as I get it
