An easy way to clean your Browsers History
Just use the keyboard short cut for any browser Control+Shift+DEL
Here’s what happens in Firefox when you use that keyboard short cut:
Answer any requests like are you sure? etc and that account will be history.

Bob, in your opinion the fastest browser is ? Thinking of trying FF. Was reading something today that indicated FF was, of course it depends who is saying this. Did a quick test with IE and Chrome opening various webpages. On some IE was quicker, on some about the same, in no instances was Chrome quicker. Very unscientific and crude testing though. Probably for 2/10 of a second though it doesn’t really matter.
Speed also depends on how much overhead all those extension use. Sometimes a little extra time is OK if it’s associated with extra safety.
I use mainly Chrome but lately have also used FF a lot so it depends on what I need to do that determines which browser I use.
Time isn’t everything and the older you get, the more you tend to realize that little fact.
IE is pretty fast but, on my system, there are very few addons. Chrome has the most addons so it tends to be just a bit slower than FF.
To be fair, Chrome also has the most capabilities due to all those addons.
We all know that the search function of this site leaves a lot to be desired.
Why not use the search function of your browser to search this or any other site ???

4. Shortcut Keys (Commands)
Space bar: pause/start
Side arrows: fast-forward and rewind
Number keys: Will send you to different parts of the video. 1 = 10 percent through the video; 2 = 20 percent; etc.
Zero key: Sends you back to the beginning.
Tab key: toggle through various vid commands; the Enter key and up/down arrows will let you control the commands.
Home / End keys: sends you directly to end / beginning.
Once you learn them, they are easier to use than the mouse.
6. Start your Video at a specific time.
Adding #t=XmXs to the end of a video Will start that video at the X-minute and X-second of the video.
Here’s an example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aMUm_TOD_1M#t=0m38s
Finally, type this at the blinking cursor: diskdrive get status and hit enter.
(There is a space after diskdrive and after get) You should now see this:
If it doesn’t say OK, find out what to do about the problems it reports.
If it finds serious errors, I’d also get busy and back up my data.
Since this is fairly simple, do this once a week to stay ahead of a Disk Drive Disaster.

key.
The letters we type depend on the keyboard language assigned.
Sometime you need a letter that’s not part of your language.
My title on this forum is “Überevangelist” but, my keyboard doesn’t have an “Ü”.
Somhow using the accepted substitution of “ue” just doesn’t do it justice. The fix is to hold down the ALT key while typing 0220 on the keyboards Number keypad. (Ü)
Utilizing that little trick makes typing Über Evangelist very easy. Here is a chart of Alt-Codes that may come in handy:
