I personally HATE turning off rubbish on my pc and when I have paid for a product I don’t expect to be incessantly NAGGED by it when its time for renewal. I was going to renew AVAST but this his P****D me off so much I’m having second thoughts.
How is it turned off? Can it be? If not you may need to have a good hard think about your marketing strategy as this is a lousy one!!!
The ‘Nag’ is there to make sure you don’t wind up unprotected.
Simply renew and the reminder will stop.
avast! protection stops when expired. The nag needs to be there! That nag is not even enough for some people, and they still let it expire, and then they get infected. So, I have found NO happy medium for end users, so renew!
I have heard many folks say they were thankful of the reminder. They didn’t feel nagged, they felt thankful.
Just simply renew the software!!! 8)
