tmp.edb is infected with MSIL:Agent-SY [Trj]??

I am having a friend with this issue…he is saying avast picked up something from c:\windows\software distribution\logs folder…

the file is tmp.edb its related with windows updates…

Pc was being monitored by avast,mbam pro and COMODO D+
