how can I stop automatic payment for license of Internet Security? I don’t find where I can do this in my avast account

I have seen in past your link and I have tried the alternative mode but in my interface I don’t see (in point two) the text “your license”… and so I don’t know how can i do
Use the third option listed:
contact avast > https://support.avast.com/support/tickets/new
It is not in the UI of your avast account, but on the website of the payment processor where you enabled/disable the auto-renewal.
