can you open a DOS window or Start > Run
C:\Windows\system32\ipconfig.exe /flushdns
After that, can you go to forum.avast.com and login?

“Memory can’t be read” is not a good message… something is in conflic in RAM memory. Which application is having this error message? Avast?
