Today's virus definitions update blocks steam game. Exclusions doesn't help.

Since of today Virus definitions (170710-18) Avast is not letting me load graphics from a steam game. I’ve fixed this before by putting an exclusion to the steam folder, but now it doesn’t do anything at all.

What’s the point of having an “exclusion” if it’s going to scan it anyway? I’ve disabled all sheilds for now as a temporary solution, but if this keeps up, then I’m forced to switch to another AV.

Okay so apparently, I have to disable the Behavior Shield and then enable it back again in order for it to accecpt the Exclusions directory.

But the annoying fact is that I have to do this every single time I boot up the PC.

I don’t know if this has to do with the fact that my steam games are installed on a USB. But anyways please fix this.
