Took too long to respond

Hello, I am trying to reach this site - https://signup.storman.com/facility/CITYW?theme=storman

Every time I do this on my PC I get this message. I have the Avast free software

This site can’t be reached signup.storman.com took too long to respond.
Try:

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_TIMED_OUT

I CAN access the link using my iPad and iPhone on the same network. I have had the people at Storman look at this and they have no idea how to fix and believe that it is my challenge.

Is there anywhere on avast that you can extend the timeout times on a website?

If not, does anybody have any ideas on where I should look to fix this? I have already tried -

  1. disabling avast and it still doesn’t work
  2. changing the DNS

Working here.Site loading fine with avast free and Google Chrome.

try to do default reset Firewall.

There was a very short pause before it started loading/being displayed, otherwise it loaded fine.

Avast Free and Firefox.

As with DavidR, there was a short pause before page and site began to load, probably due to having never visited before. Subsequent visits loaded normally.

Avast Internet Security and Firefox.

Does it work with a different browser?
