I bought two avast! Antivirus with GrimeFighter by mistake about a month ago.
After contacting Japanese Customer support to cancel my orders, the support person send me my purchase numbers but not responding after that.
I searched where to cancel my order and was advised to send this message to support division again.
I want to keep only one avast! Antivirus and no GrimeFighter.
Could you arrange a refund for me?
