セットアッププロセス完了中にエラーがありました／プロアンチウイルスがインストールできません

アバストプロアンチウイルスを使用していましたが、不具合があったためアンインストールしました。
再インストールしようとすると
「セットアッププロセス完了中にエラーがありました」
と表示されて、インストールできません。
サポートでインストールエラーを検索すると

ログファイルをサポートにメール添付しなさい、とありますが送信先が不明で送れません。
どうしたらいいかわからず、こちらに問い合わせしました。
OSはWindows10です。

オンラインインストーラーをお使いのようですが、うまくAvast のサーバに接続できていないようです。
オフラインインストーラーをお試しいただくか、DNS の設定を8.8.8.8 に変更してみてください。

ありがとうございます。
実はなかなか結果がでないので、回答できずにいました。
お陰様で、オフラインインストーラでインストールできました。
しかし、問題はまだまだ解決しそうにありません。

まず、パソコンがやたら遅くなり
アクティベーションコードが入らなく
ウイルス定義の更新できず（エラーが出てはじまらない）
セキュアラインがONにならず（「おっと！セキュアラインVPNで技術的な問題がはっせいしました」と）
など・・・・
なにから手を付けていいかわからない状況です。
クリーンアッププレミアムを実行してからかも知れませんが、お手上げ状態です。

なにから解決すればいいかアドバイス頂きたいです。

何か、別なアンチウイルスソフトがインストールされていたりしないでしょうか。

アップデートできない／アクティベーションできないというあたりで、明らかにネットワーク周りに問題がありそうですので、先におすすめしたDNS の変更をお試しください。

また、クリーンアッププレミアムを実行されたとのことですが、まだインストールしたまま残っているでしょうか？
残っているのであれば、クリーンアッププレミアムを起動し、浮き輪のマークから設定の復元をお試しください。

今後注意事項があれば教えてください。
原因がわからず、本当に参ってました。
クリーンアッププレミアムもアンインストールしていたため復元はできませんでしたが、DNS設定で行けました。

またよろしくお願いします。

ひとまず直ったようで良かったです。

クリーンアッププレミアムを実行後におかしくなったのだとすれば、何か止めてはいけないソフトを止めてしまったとか、消してはいけない設定を消してしまった等が考えられますが、今となってはわかりません。

気になるのは、DNS 設定で直ったということは、元々のDNS 設定に何か問題があった可能性が高いのですが、例えば広告が急に増えたとか、そういうことはなかったでしょうか。
また、当初は不具合があったので再インストールを試みられたようですが、不具合とはどのようなものだったのでしょうか。
