怪しいというstarseeks さんの感覚は正しいです。このご時世にこの書きぶりでは、怪しいと言われても仕方ないです。
ただ、メール自体は正規のもので、内容も事実だとのことです。

メールのリンクをクリックせずとも、Avast アカウントにログインすれば削除はされないとのことなので、ボタンを押したくなければそういう手があります。
(フォーラムに書き込む時点でAvast アカウントを経由するので、既にstarseeks さんはログインされている気もしますが、念のためもう一度アクセスしておくことをお勧めします。)
