Problem adding additional devices to the protection I purchased from you

Hello.
Yesterday I purchased protection from you for the laptop I use at home.
According to your promise, the protection also includes protection for up to 10 additional devices.

Therefore, today I tried to see on my smartphone whether this protection is valid, while I am using the same Wi-Fi that the laptop uses.

I was surprised to see that in such a case I am required to pay an additional fee.
I am attaching here the billing page I received (I’m sorry, it is in Hebrew).

Furthermore. I have another laptop, which I use at work (on diffrent Wi-Fi). It should be noted that this is a fairly old laptop, although it has all the basic features. How do I connect it to the protection I purchased.

Did your receipt say 10 devices?
check your front page of avast UI mine shows as 7 left.
If yours does not show more than one im guessing you may have only bought a single licence.
On your phone you can download the free avast software and then try entering your licence key. click on account and there should be a box for subscription.
