My account was deducted 163.56 and I haven’t received the product upgrade key. Please refund my money and cancel my subscription.
First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member. I’m also an Avast Antivirus Free user, so I have no personal experience of this issue.
Posting in the General sub-forum doesn’t give any indication of what product you have installed. Nor doest it allow for cancelling and requesting a refund. There are no user details to be able to do that and it wouldn’t be wise to post them on a public forum.
This I believe has to be done from your Avast account or the support site more on that later.
As far as I’m aware the product key remains the same but is extended for another year.
