特定のサイトのファイルにおいて、誤検出の報告をしているにも関わらず一向に誤検出が止まらないのですが、止まるまでにどのくらいの期間がかかるんでしょうか？まともにファイルを開けないことが多くて困っています。もう1年くらい直っていません。

Attach a screenshot of the Avast Alert with the more details option selected, may help us to help you.
We users don’t see what is causing the alert, the website in and of itself or a specific file.
You could exclude the website’s URL in the Web Guard, but this leaves you vulnerable to what may be triggering the Alert and why I suggested a screenshot.
Avast > Settings > General > Exceptions > Add Exception
Whilst this is in English the red highlighting should help with navigating the Avast User Interface.
Attaching Images to your post (as I did with the image above)
Drag & Drop
- Create a screenshot on your computer and save it locally. Using windows explorer or other file management program, drag and drop into your post.
Attaching the image as suggested would give us the URL without having to post the URL (of a suspect site) in the Avast Community Forum.
You can also use VirusTotal.com to check out the site also.

具体的なウェブサイトや内容が分からないので一般論となりますが、誤検知の報告（特にWebから）をしてから対応までの期間は、通常数日以内～よほど長くても2週間程度です。
何度報告しても1年間そのままということは、そもそもそのサイトのファイルに問題がある、と判断されている可能性が高いです。
本当に問題がないと自信があるのであれば、除外機能等をご利用ください。

サイト自体はアップローダーなのですが、アップロードするたびにサイトのURLが1文字だけ変わり、その後に続くファイル名はランダム生成文字に置き換えるタイプです。
画像は直接貼れませんでした（エラーになる）。
*uploaderどっとcom/* といった感じにで除外指定しましたが、機能しませんでした。
1文字変わる部分は数パターンしかないのですべて登録しましたが、それでも同じでした。
検知されているのがファイルなのかウェブサイトなのか、ウェブサイトとしたときにウェブサイトのどこが検知されているのか（本体なのか呼び出している先の何かなのか、等）によっても、除外の作り方は変わってきますので、やはり実例がないと何とも言えないです。
画像が投稿できないのはスパム対策かもしれませんが、添付画像のボタンから投稿できないでしょうか。あるいは、クリップボード経由で貼り付けも可能なはずです。
This should work regardless if you are a new user as you aren’t posting a link to the image. Just dragging a local image file into the post.
I do this for all of my screenshots, which are located on my local images folder, rather than posting an external link.
