Почему-то,вроде запускается,а сайты не открывает. Я из Запорожья,но пишет,якобы,для России и Беларуси - недоступно. Пока Запорожье - Украина.

As an Avast Antivirus user, I don’t know how the Avast blocking is related/determined to detailed location if it is, language based or GPS/location based or not.
I have queried this in another area of the forum.
