Payment taken linked to an email account I use. I can’t use that email to log in and find out how that even happened.
Active account linked to me doesn’t show the cleanup package I didn’t ask for.
Emailed avast. I got a reply saying they couldn’t process this and asked me to call a number for uk support. That number doesn’t work and the support links just send you around and around topics and advice without actually putting you in touch with someone to actually resolve the issue. I can unsubscribe from something I can link back to an account. I can’t communicate with avast and of course the email response from them is a “no reply” I’m done with avast, as far as I’m concerned they are a bunch of crooks hiding behind a wall that makes it impossible for customers to contact them. What chance have I got when I actually have an issue with my machine!?
