Hello. I have a problem with this program. I have started the trial subscription to this program but I want to unsubscribe it. Yesterday I wrote a report and got an automatic reply that they did as I wanted. And here comes the problem, but it’s still written in my subscriptions that payment will be collected after the trial period ends.
Ok, never mind :). Just saw that I can cancel it without technical support.
