Only you can say if it is S P A M if it is unsolicited email then essentially it is.
What we have to consider is, is this topic/post S P A M, being your first post it is certainly suspect as it is effectively promoting that company.

All Russians are different people: friendly or unfriendly, kind or angry, funny or sad, etc. They are people as other Europeans, Asians, Americans, Africans and Australians. Some of them are suspicious but not more suspicious than other Europeans, Asians, Americans, Africans and Australians.
