Transfer Cleanup Lincence from old laptop onto new

Hi guys,
My cleanup licence does not expire until about april next year, but I have a new laptop as my old one broke.
Is it possible to transfer the licence for the last few months onto this new one, or do i have to get a whole new licence??

As long as the license is valid, you can use it on the new system.
