Transfer music to micro sdcard problem

Currently using a samsung 32gb with a folder of 1,132 music track.

I attach my S7 phone to my pc via USB cable and copy the folder of music to my pc .

Once the copying is complete i eject the 32gb and and install the new Kingston 64gb card and open that on my pc and copy and paste the Music folder.

Once the job is done there is only 750 tracks transfered to the 64… >:(

Any help would be appreciated.

Did you check the folder after it was trans. to your computer ???

Are any of the tracks protected? bought via an application on the phone?

Are the 1132 files on the SD card or spread out over the phones internal memory and the card ?
Is the 64 Gb card formatted to that size ?
Is the phone supporting 64 Gb cards ?
What happens if you use a card reader in/connected to the PC ?

All mp3 and i got any protected ones converted ,
currently all tunes are on SD Card 32gb,
new Card 64gb was formatted and folder was copied from Card to pc and all tunes accounted for once on pc in folder but still not all tunes made it on to new 64gb.

Maybe some of the files are marked as read only ??? Check which files didn’t get transferred and look at their properties.
