I purchased and renewed my Avesti software fro you for my computer, unfortunately my computer stopped working and could not be renewd, therefore I purchased a new one but I am unable to transfer my license across, can you please help.
The following info is self explanatory.
Element5, New licence - Refno: 425158165 (KMM49012533I11273L0KM).

Hopefully you saved the email and/or license file from your purchase.

That would be difficult if the machine stopped working
