Uninstall it from the old system - Install AIS on the new/other system copy the license file to the new system and apply the license.
When you say “copy the license file”, are you referring to the sub-folder named “License”? All it contains are two .txt files containing the EULA text. If not, can you be more specific on what and where the license file is?
