Tray welcome message (talk bubble) appears at each boot

I installed avast! for a friend (as I usually do when fixing friends PCs :slight_smile:

But each time Windows start the “talk bubble” with the explainatio
of the avast! tray icon appears and needs to be closed manually.

Why is this appearing each time?
Shouldn’t it just be the first time after installing avast!?

Have you simply tried clicking the middle instead of the cross? Maybe it’s as simple as that, if not I’m not the person that can help.
