Trial period expired on first day?

Hi there

I just installed the trial version of Premier on my new laptop but for some reason it’s saying that my trial period has expired. It hasn’t even been an hour since I installed it so I’m not sure what’s going on. Please help!

Try a repair…Control Panel>Uninstall a Program>double click “avast”>click “repair”>reboot.

If that fails try a clean install.

Also I would check time and date of your ‘new’ PC. :slight_smile:

I’ve replaced it with the free version but I think I might try that thanks.

Hi there, what do you mean by time and date? Did you mean the settings? The PC pretty much brand new, I just took it out of the box this Monday, just in case you don’t believe me since you put new in quotation marks…
